  • Wiping/Sanitization:
    Our wiping service strictly adheres to the comprehensive NIST 800-88 guidelines for the thorough sanitization of data-bearing technology assets. We use HIPAA compliant Industrial Software to get the job done. This complimentary service is extended to drives with resale value or those suitable for reuse in our refurbished systems. To be eligible, drives must be in good health, with Solid State Drives requiring a capacity larger than 500GB, Mechanical SATA drives of 4TB or higher, and SAS Server Drives eligibility is model-specific.
  • Witnessed Shredding:
    We value transparency, and you are more than welcome to schedule an appointment to witness the shredding of your drives. Our secure facility with on-site surveillance ensures the process is conducted with the utmost security and professionalism.
  • Certificate of Destruction:
    For your peace of mind, we provide a Certificate of Destruction with detailed serial number recording. This certificate serves as tangible evidence that your data has been securely and irreversibly destroyed, meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
